“Coaching with Paul has given me the tools and confidence to approach upskilling with a new lens. Previously the thought of upskilling for me was about learning a new technical skill. But over the months, I’ve been learning to upskill in my thought process, my planning process and my delivery. I’ve learned more about what I want people to think when they’re in my presence, listening to my presentations, and working alongside me.  I’ve adopted the “Know, Feel, Do” as part of my through process outside of work too.”
